Oven Roasted Cherry Tomatoes

Naturally sweet grappolato tomatoes, roasted and preserved traditionally in extra virgin olive oil by a family production in Puglia. These cherry tomatoes are ripened under the Mediterranean sun and lightly roasted, which concentrates their natural sugars and softens the skins. They are an irresistible antipasto on bruschetta and add an intense burst of tomato flavour to pastas, soups and rice dishes.

Italian Cherry Tomatoes 70%, Italian extra Virgin Olive Oil 27 %, Sea salt, Garlic, Oregano.

Once open cover surface with a layer of oil, refrigerate and eat within 2 weeks.
