We currently only ship within 3-5 working days to the UK mainland on standard delivery charges, via Royal Mail, ParcelForce or DPD.
All our packaging is recycled (from supplier orders) in our endeavours to be as sustainable & low impact as possible, hence it's external appearance is far from glamorous...

Heavy items & furniture can either be collected in person from our shop in Beaminster or shipping costs can be quoted. These items may incur further charges dependent on size and weight of order.
Additional delivery instructions are given at your own risk. If you do give instructions for a parcel to be left with either a neighbour or specific place unfortunately Brassica Mercantile can not take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels if a parcel is delivered and then the instruction goes wrong.
Collection from Brassica Mercantile
No minimum order. It is possible to collect on Tuesday to Saturday between 10am-3pm with a 48 hour notice.
We hope you will be happy with your delivery from Brassica Mercantile. If for any chance you need to return the item/s to us then we have tried to make the process as simple and fair as possible.
You can return your items within 14 working days of having received your order for a full refund of the total cost of the goods paid. Subject to receipt of the returned item un-damaged, we will process your refund within 28 days of receipt of the item.

You will receive an email to confirm receipt of your return and another email to confirm your refund has been processed.
Cancelling your order
The Distance Selling regulations advise that you have 7 working days to cancel your order (starting from the day after you place your order). If you wish to cancel your order please email email@example.com with your order number. Subject to receipt of the returned item un-damaged, Brassica Mercantile will provide a full refund including postage (paid at the time of purchase).
All refunds will be processed within 28 days of receipt of the item and will be processed via our payment systems partner, Shopify.
However, please remember:
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches Brassica Mercantile. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning the item to Brassica Mercantile is your responsibility.
Some of our products are handcrafted and therefore individual in its construction, so please take this into account when placing your order. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any queries about such products.
Brassica Mercantile will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that show signs of careless damage or the packaging is destroyed. Upon receipt of an order, if your item has been received with defects please notify Brassica Mercantile on the same day that you wish to return your order.
If the item you received is faulty you have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

- Your order number
- Your full name
- Product name (as per your receipt)
- Details of the fault
- Whether you require a refund or a replacement (if possible and in stock)
We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
