Cioccolalleri by Fratelli Lunardi were born: chocolate cookies made with Tuscan wheat flour, Tuscan eggs, cocoa, dark chocolate and salt from Volterra. An indulgent, intensely chocolatey recipe made without preservatives or artificial colours. 

Fratelli Lunardi Addormentasocere are inspired by the traditional sweet peanuts found at Tuscan village fairs, reimagined in cookie form.

The recipe brings together chocolate and caramelised peanuts, which make up 17% of the cookie, creating an irresistible combination of sweetness and crunch. The dough also contains Tuscan wheat flour, Tuscan eggs and salt from Volterra, so Tuscany is present not only in the name, but in the ingredients too. Made without preservatives or artificial colours.
