Herbes de Provence was until recently found in all good kitchens in the terracotta jars we remember. It is the essential blend of woody herbs for beef stews (daubes), roast lamb, rabbit and game birds, baked fish and rich tomato sauces. Its aroma typifies the savoury cooking of Provence.


Ingredients: Marjoram, oregano, basil, rosemary, sage, savoury, tarragon, garlic, lemon zest, orange zest
