Ready to use. Store in a cool dry place. After opening, cover with a layer of olive oil and refrigerate. 

Ingredients:

artichokes (wine vinegar, sea salt, lemon, acidifier: citric acid) 60% sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, basil, mint, parsley, garlic, pepper. May contain traces of milk, celery, fish, peanuts, walnuts and almonds.
