Pasta Fortuna di Anna Maria Coluzzi
Pasta Fortuna is made from selected grains, grown mainly in the "Tavoliere delle Puglie" and in Basilicata, through short supply chain projects that enhance the work of local farmers. The grain is transformed into semolina with low-grinding mills and processed with pure Lucanian water, at controlled temperatures below 25 degrees, to create a pasta that celebrates traditional recipes of the area, guaranteeing authenticity, quality and a unique taste.
Basilicata is a place rich in traditions and History, Art and Culture. Its name recalls an ancient legend that tells of a people heading south who, once arrived in a land from which they could see the Sun rise, called it precisely "Land of Light".
