The classic Italian Christmas cake direct from Milan; perfect fireside treat for the festive season. This sweet, soft bread, packed with raisins and candied fruit, is a wonderful accompaniment to coffee or sweet wine. Heavenly, also, as French toast or alongside poached winter fruit with a spoonful of mascarpone.
Ingredients: wheat flour, candied orange - citrus and lemon peels (orange - citrus - lemon peels, -glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidity regulateor: citric acid), eggs, sultanas, butter, natural yeast (wheat), milk, egg yolk, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, flavourings, coca butter, salt.
May contain nuts and soy.
