Cream box - Mixed Truffles 130g
The truffle are produced with Piedmont hazelnut and the best quality chocolate. Thanks to the high quality of hazelnut paste, the result is a soft praline with torrone grains inside and another with cocoa grains. The truffle is then dusted with cocoa to finish its preparation.
INGREDIENTS SWEET TORRONE TRUFFLE: Dark chocolate (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural flavour vanilla), Barbero torrone grains 17% (Piedmont hazelnut, honey, sugar, glucose syrup, egg white, wafer - potato starch, water, olive oil - natural vanilla from Madagascar, corn starch), sugar, Piedmont hazelnut paste, Piedmont hazelnut grains, cocoa powder.
INGREDIENTS SWEET TRUFFLE WITH COCOA GRAINS: Dark chocolate (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soja lecithin, natural flavour vanilla), sugar, Piedmont hazelnut paste, Piedmont hazelnut grains, cocoa grains 5%, cocoa powder.

Metal yellow box with nocciolini (pralines filled with hazelnuts*), boeri (pralines filled with cherry and liqueur) and limoncelli (pralines filled with Sorrento limoncello cream).
EXTERNAL INGREDIENTS (55%):
Extra dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, anhydrous butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. Min. cocoa content 50,2%).
FILLING INGREDIENTS (45%):
- BOERO: melting sugar (saccarose, glucose syrup, water), cherry liqueur flavor (alcohol, water, flavours), alcohol soaked cherry 14%.
- NOCCIOLINO: Piedmont hazelnut 45%, sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, dried milk, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural flavour vanilla.
- LIMONCELLO: white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole dried milk, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural flavor vanilla), lemon honey, lemon extract 5% (alcohol, lemon peels).

The traditional taste of nougat with hazelnuts and covered with chocolate. Packaged in practical single-portion individually wrapped.
INGREDIENTS TORRONE 65%: Piedmont hazelnut (45%), honey, sugar, glucose syrup, egg white, wafer ( potato starch, water, olive oil), Madagascar natural vanilla, corn starch.
