Anna's Original Almond ThinsHolleys
The foundations for Anna's Pepparkakor were laid by the sisters Emma and Anna Karlsson back in 1929 in their home bakery on Artillergatan in Stockholm. Back then, they baked both ginger thins, or "Pepparkakor" in Swedish and other small cakes. The thins became very popular and the bakery expanded rapidly. The bakery moved to Rodabergsgatan/Torsgatan and in 1945, the actual production of Anna's Pepparkakor was moved to larger premises in Johanneshov.
Satisfying by themselves, Anna's Thins are also a perfect pairing for cheese and fruit. They make a scrumptious crumble for pie crusts and ice cream toppings. Anna's Original Almond Thins are delicately spiced with cinnamon and a hint of almond.
