Frilly Plant Pot and Saucer - Terracotta.

Terracotta plant pot and saucer, both with a frilly rim. Hand thrown on the wheel with a drainage hole punched into the base of the pot once the piece is leather hard. Stamped and fired in a single 1080 degree firing. The saucer is brushed with a water repellent coating after emerging from the kiln - never leave the saucer standing in water. Due to the unglazed nature of these pots, they will develop a natural patina and aged look with time. Salt crystals may gather more if using tap water. These can be simply wiped away if they're undesired.  Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Measures approximately: Small: Pot - 11cm x 12cm / Saucer - 11cm x 2cm Large: Pot - 15cm x 16cm / Saucer - 15cm x 2.5cm
