La Tua Pasta Papardelle
Our Artisan Tortelloni are hand folded one by one to incorporate more filling. The pasta has a very high Free Range egg percentage (30%) and we use a special blend of 00 and Durum Wheat flour so that the pasta holds the cooking very well. This filling is made is made using Italian Luganega Sausage braised in our kitchen and Fresh Ricotta. Great to be served with a drizzle of olive oil and parmesan cheese, a light Tomato Sauce or any vegetarian Sauce. Suitable for freezing. 250g
- Pasta (56%): Flour 00 (Wheat), Pasteurised Free Range Egg (30%), Durum Wheat Flour, Salt, Water;
- Filling (44%): Italian Sausage (77%) (Pork Meat, Salt, Dextrose, Natural Flavouring, Spices, Antioxidant: E300), Ricotta Cheese ( MILK) (22%) , Olive Oil, Rosemary. Using Italian Sausage from the E.U.;
- Dusted with rice flour.
