On September 5th, Brassica Restaurant will celebrate its first trading anniversary.  In that time, we have held a couple of Wine Suppers, changed our menu over 300 times and launched both a neighbouring shop and now an e-commerce website, Brassica Mercantile.  

Throughout the last year, Cass has been in the kitchen a lot, however Dave Cook has now joined us as Sous Chef, and his fabulousness allows Cass to focus a little bit more on outside events, including the newly established Brassica private catering service.

If you didn't read it in the Bridport News, our talented apprenctice chef, Kiaran Mason won 'Young Seafood Chef of the Year' at last month's Pommery Seafood Festival.
